Hourly Fee

Meridian charges a fee based on an agreed upon estimate of how many hours it will  take to develop a plan. The hourly fee applied to that estimate is : $125 - $200.

There are cases where the hourly fee will be waived if a retainer agreement is signed immediately, this is up to the discretion of Scott Dauenhauer, President of Meridian Wealth Management.

If you decide to retain us to manage your assets, implement the Investment Policy Statement, & follow up with regular financial planning updates then our annual retainer fee is below.  A retainer is not a requirement, you always have access to us on an hourly or project basis, however retainer clients receive our time and attention first.

Annual Retainer

Generally, the retainer program is best for people who want ongoing financial planning and investment management and have investable assets in excess of $100,000.  In addition, the program is best suited for those whose investments include equities.  The fee for ongoing investment management and financial planning is as follows:

.70% of first $300,000

.50% of next $300,000

.30% of next $400,000

.25% of assets above $1,000,000

The minimum annual fee is $1,000.

Example:

Client with $300,000                -             $2,100 annually

Client with $600,000                -             $3,600 annually

Client with $1,000,000             -             $4,800 annually
